The five parts of fitness are things that make you physically fit and help you figure out how to get fit. You already know that making time for physical activity is good for you. The key is to know what “fitness” means and how to get there.
So, the five parts of fitness come into play. They are what the physical activity guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) are based on.

Muscular strength

Flexibility
